Leeming Wells

No pool Disappointing. I chose this hotel because it had a pool & sauna. On arrival we were told we could not use the pool or sauna because of a fault with a pump. I asked for a partial refund to compensate for this but it was declined.

Arrived during heavy snow with absolutely no attempt to clear access to the accommodation. We were warned in advance that the foot path was uncleared. However this footpath was a set of steep stone steps. Although the car park had been cleared it was very difficult to transport luggage via steep steps with deep snow and an icy hand rail. The heating unit out side kept us awake all night and we were charged twice for breakfast . The room was clean. Breakfast was in the pub next door and was first class. We also ate our evening meal there with our guests the previous evening. There were a lot of people in the pub given the weather as the Landlord had ensured every one’s safety unlike the accommodation. A good nights rest it was not, mainly due to the constant drone of a heating unit outside our room. Tip: lovely location but not when heating is required which is probably most of the time.

Small and quiet although a lot of traffic noise as our room was right on the roadside and no double glazing. Clean and orderly. No noise from other visitors. Staff helpful. Lovely small pool and sauna. The room was a bit on the small side, room for only one chair and we were two visitors but otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful situation and excellent walks from the hotel.

excellent stay. Second stay at this establishment and again the stay was excellent.Check in on line was fast ,The rooms we had were really good, clean and comfortable.Breakfast and meals in the pub next to the rooms.One of the best attractions of the hotel is the indoor swimming pool.All in all two great stays with everyone being so friendly.

Wonderful hotel Lovely small hotel, located in a wonderful location in Oxenhope, a few miles from Keighley. Room was a good size, comfortable bed. Bathroom was slightly worn, but was clean and had a bath and shower. Hotel has a small swimming pool and sauna although opening hours are limited. Also a small lounge area. There is a pub next door, where a very good breakfast was served, cooked fresh. We also had a very good meal in the pub in the evening. Staff in the pub were really nice and helpful. Only one small issue, non existent wi-fi in bedroom, although apparently you could get in lounge. We were only here one night so was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend.
