Beautiful property
Beautiful property with amazing views. Our room had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed.
The property does not serve food other than breakfast, there are a couple of local eateries but they are a mile or two away.

Excellent B&B
My wife and I could only sadly stay for one night at High Grassings. This B&B is a great place to stay for anyone exploring the lakes. The hosts are wonderful with a great wealth of local knowledge including a good couple of restaurant recommendations and advice on things to do. (The Tarn How's walk in particular isn't something we had been aware of which we thoroughly enjoyed.)
The B&B itself is very well setup with rooms in great condition, a nice dining room for breakfast with a spectacular view. Breakfast was a lovely Full English and the hosts were great throughout. Hope to stay here again for more than a single night.

Lakeland beauty
A stunningly beautiful house and gardens in an equally beautiful location, the hosts were very hospitable and very knowledgeable about the local area, the bed was super comfy and ample room in the bathroom with a very good walk in shower, full English breakfast was cooked to perfection, home made Blackberry jam you have to try, local pub nearby for food but remember to book a table for eavning dining.

This is our second visit - this place is certainly a hidden gem. The room is just perfect along with the hosts. Dave is very knowledgable and recommends walks and places to visit which is a great help! Excellent breakfast sets you up for the day Highly recommend for a relaxing break in the lakes Look forward to returning

Just spent three nights in this lovely B and B. Excellent location, easy to explore by car or bus. A visit to Tawn How a must. Dave is a one man travel guide. Lots of useful tips. Accommodation excellent. Very clean, comfy beds. Room spacious with tea and real coffee, plus bathroom toiletries all added to our comfort. Couldn’t end without mentioning the scrummy breakfast, plentiful and well cooked. The welcoming lounge with log fire was perfect to relax after a days sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.
