Multiple stays during December 2024 and Jan 2025. A lovely place to stay - comfy beds, well equipped accommodation. Have stayed in both the studio and also stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage. Great rural setting with animals just out your window - very relaxing, can cool off in the pool if you wish and there is a playground if you have children. Just down the road from the Strawberry Patch, and many dining and shopping spots with Havelock North less than 5 mins down the road. Highly recommended

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel like family and the accommodations were great. I was there for work but the family came with me and loved it the Pig Alan was a real hit as were the rest of the animals and the night sky’s were amazing stars everywhere. I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great facilities. Very clean. Easy to find. We booked whilst visiting our son in Havelock so didn’t spend much time in the cottage but it had everything we needed. Quiet location but close to town. We would happily recommend and would stay again, if we have a chance to come back!

As a business we have stayed here a number of times both for general travel and also Managers Meetings. The accommodation is outstanding, and the hosts are always attentive to the needs of their guests. The entire property is outstanding, each cottage has its own space that allow for privacy, but also great for group events. The pool and playground are an added bonus for families and the animals on the mini farm paddocks facing the cottages take it to the next level for families travelling. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Hawkes Bay.

Fabulous stay at the cottages on Saint Andrews. Accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable, modern and with a peaceful outlook onto paddocks populated with sheep, llamas, and a pig called Alan. Hosts were very helpful, even calling a mechanic when our car cooling system failed . The weather was very hot and the swimming pool an added bonus for cooling down. Would stay again and definitely recommend .

This was just magic - six days of bliss! The cottages are clean, comfortable and well appointed, there is everything you could need to be cosy and self sufficient. Havelock village is FULL of divine eateries - so don't worry about cooking! Janine and Ryan just the best hosts you could hope for, right from booking to check out, the service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly farm animals - Al the pig ate all our scraps and there's apple-loving alpacas, cows and sheep! Pet friendly - bringing our fur-babies was such a bonus. This place has a gorgeous rural feel, but a walk to the village - we simply didn't want to leave. Certainly will be back - Janine and Ryan, thank you so much for everything.

A good spot 30 mins away from the hustle of Napier but till close enough to explore the surrounds within a 30 mins drive. We had a wonderful time at TeMata Peak and surrounding wineries. Such a serene place. Janine made us feel so welcomed even from her note a week prior had made us really look forward to being there. The animals were really clean and yes no smells. Al the pig was really charming. Not our first stay in a place with animals but this is by far the cleanest. Thanks Janine!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful Kate lovely and great first impression of Lodge. Everything about the lodge was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent kitchen. great value for money. Rooms and kitchen itself was well equipped and very comfortable. We are very happy with our stay. We really hope to be back for a longer stay in the future. Ones again thank you.
