As per the hotel booking concerned, I found it mmt. From the property side, it is very clean, but from service point, it is very lethargic. food was good.

The hotel is not worth your money. The bar is there on the ground floor ***** with the restaurant. The exhaust fan is not working. The hotel rooms are worth only Rs 800-1000 only. Please do not go behind the pictures.

I liked this place, the behavior of the two girls at the reception and their helping attitude were commendable. Stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec 2024, The room sizes were ok for a couple, have a common balcony to dry clothes, The complimentary breakfast was OK but could be better. The guy at the bar and the girl serving the food were also well-behaved. Overall if you are on a budget then I suggest you can stay here. I can guarantee a thing that is a comfortable bed and a warm shower.

Very bad experience with royal palace hotel, unhygienic, bathroom taps overflowing, no coordination within staffs.
