This is a repurposed mansion with ten rooms, fine dining, a “secret” grotto with a plunging pool. Our room included a terrace with a view of the capitol. The most solicitous service ever. If you go downstairs for dinner, when you return you’ll find your bed turned down. A bit out of the way but worth it!

Extraordinary hotel. Fantastic staff, wonderful atmosphere., very good food and drinks. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff does everything they can to please. It was a pleasurable experience start finish. You will not regret making the decision to stay here.

Beautiful place to stay. The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and caring. The food and drinks we’re high-quality and also reasonably priced. I stayed in the garden terrace which was so beautiful. I highly recommend. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Loved the bathroom.

VOYA is the best boutique hotel in Cuba! Jorge, Axle and the entire staff leave no detail to chance. Everything is absolutely perfect! When in Havana, there is NO other place to be. Rioms, service, food and drink are outstanding. Shout out to Mike, the patio bartender. He is incredibly knowledgeable, delightful to visit with, and a master of the rum cocktail.

The Voya Boutique Hotel Havana has the most amazing staff who are very detailed, attentive, and created a special ambiance. We are going to miss this beautiful place tomorrow when we leave. The staff is professional, charming, and welcoming while providing a relaxing environment. The beds are so comfortable and incredible fluffy and king size pillows. The service is beyond 5 Star. It is a beautiful mixture of elegance and charm inside the hotel and outside in the bar/pool/ garden area. We were greeted at the door with a smile each time arrived or exited the hotel. Personal touches like hand written notes daily were left in our room. I can see why the Voya Boutique Hotel Havana is recommended so highly. Treat yourself and stay here.

I only have great things to say about our stay at VOYA. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They assisted us with scheduling reservations and activities each day of our stay. The property is clean and safe. It was convenient to have a nice breakfast each morning before we got our day started. We look forward to returning when we visit Cuba again.

This boutique Hotel is a truly wonderful experience if you’re visiting Havana Cuba. Located a short distance from all the things you would like to see it offers serenity, in the chaotic city of Havana. The staff is outstanding and conscientious.
