My wife and I stayed at the hotel back in October. The overall experience was great. Nothing negative comes to mind. We were told the hotel's pet friendly so we stayed with our 5 m/o Xolo. We all had a great time. For me personally, what really hit it out of the park was the breakfast and the 10/10 guest service. Even though our stay happened during a national blackout in Cuba things went so smoothly there and the staff really went an extra mile to make us feel like everything was OK. ================================================================ Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos en octubre. La experiencia en general fue increíble. No se me viene nada negativo a la mente. Nos comentaron que el hotel es pet friendly, así que nos quedamos con nuestro xolo de cinco meses. Todos nos la pasamos muy bien. Para mí, personalmente, tanto el desayuno como la atención del personal llevaron al hotel a otro nivel. A pesar de que nuestra estancia coincidió con un apagón nacional en Cuba, las cosas estuvieron tranquilas ahí y el personal de verdad puso su granito de arena para que nos sintiéramos cómodos.

Top Service, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Speisen und Getränke. Hat natürlich alles seinen Preis, aber um sich ein paar Tage zu entspannen nahezu perfekt. Werde ich wieder für die letzten 3 bis 4 Tage vor der Abreise buchen.

This is a wonderful place as a hotel or simply to taste excellent dishes. An efficient and friendly staff makes you feel better than at home. The cozy, elegant and minimalist atmosphere captures you from the moment you enter. Excellent conditions in the room and wide range of drinks. Not a single detail is lost. I recommend it to those looking for a small paradise for a few days or a few moments.

All I can say is WOW, what an amazing place! I felt like I was back in the USA. The room, the service, the employees, the food everything was spectacular! I truly recommend staying here. They include breakfast, everything is super fresh. The homemade bread was so good!

Thank you Voya staff for going over and beyond to take care of Boss Moves T.L.F travel group. I need to elaborate on how the staff effectively communicated with me and answered all my questions several months in advance before my group arrived from the USA. When we arrived to the hotel we were provided welcome drinks and a cold towel to wash our face and hands. They also had a very beautiful complimentary breakfast, and an amazing sundown service. I looked forward to receiving the goodnight notes and pieces chocolate before bed. As we prepared to leave the staff gifted us with a fifth of Havana Cuban rum and a very beautiful magnet. Hands down this will be my go to place for Boss Moves T.L.F clients. In addition THANK YOU Voya staff for being so kind and sweet to my daughter. Signed, Tina F.
