Checking in took a long time (more than half an hour waiting). Attendant wells - just two - at the entrance. Requirement to manually fill out forms at the entrance, even though the hotel already has all the guest information in the reservation, taking up the guest's time. Problems with painting the ceiling at the entrance to the room. Lack of lid on the bathtub. Small pool and tight space around. Very good breakfast. Very good facilities in the lobby and restaurant.
