Checking in took a long time (more than half an hour waiting). Attendant wells - just two - at the entrance. Requirement to manually fill out forms at the entrance, even though the hotel already has all the guest information in the reservation, taking up the guest's time. Problems with painting the ceiling at the entrance to the room. Lack of lid on the bathtub. Small pool and tight space around. Very good breakfast. Very good facilities in the lobby and restaurant. For a 5 star, it leaves something to be desired.

Beautiful rustic setting. Really polite and friendly service and great food. Only downside would be there aren’t children's options however they did offer to make only half of the pasta serving for a child. We sat out side and had a lovely evening with great sangria and their local Ale. Food servings were huge so definitely think about sharing the dishes and just add a few sides.
