We had an amazing experience at The Panoramic restaurant in the Royalton Habana with my fiancé. From the start, we felt spoiled by the quality and presentation of the food, the elegant setting, and the astonishing view of the Malecón. It was honestly the best food we had in Cuba—everything we ordered exceeded our expectations, with our favorites being the beef carpaccio and ceviche. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sebastian, who personally prepared our dishes. His dedication and warm hospitality made the evening even more special. Thank you, Sebastian, for the outstanding food and the wonderful treatment! We highly recommend this place for the cuisine, the service, and the incredible views. We’ll definitely be back. Tip: Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the sunset from the restaurant’s terrace—it’s truly breathtaking, with sweeping views of the Malecón and El Morro.

We were so happy with our stay at the hotel! This was my second time here, and my family has also stayed here before. Everything is clean and Customer Service is great! Prices are good too (everything is in US dollars). Really nice views and centrally located. I'll return on my next trip to Cuba!

Pues estoy aquí y es súper bueno el trato la humanidad los detalles Em el restaurante son increíbles un personal súper bueno y con tremenda eficiencia y bondad el desayuno de primera las personas de recepción increíbles el bar de la terraza antes del restaurante nos sorprendieron con un regalo d cumple Tengo la mejor experiencia y estoy acostumbrada a hoteles de varadero se los recomiendo

Esfamos muy satisfechos y complacidos con los servicios y el magnifico trato que hemos recibido de esta hermosa famllia que es el colectivo de trabajadores que conjuntamente a una inmejorable calidad y variedad de alimentos hácen de nuestra estadia algo inolvidáble, destacar el servicio en el ski lever con sus mayordomos muy profecionales y atentos, asi como los del bufet y restáurante en general un hotel que recomiendo por su calidad y magnifico ambiente

El hotel está situado en el corazón de la Habana , ideal para moverse por toda la ciudad. El personal me encanta, todos en general , son excelentes personas, muy atentos y trabajadores el desayuno muy bueno y el servicio top , y nuestro mayordomo lo máximo .
