2017-2020年之間無數次住在這家塞維利亞酒店，一直很喜歡，這次作為懷舊又住在了這家酒店，一切設施和服務以及房間都安好，與以前一樣滿意，但有兩件事不滿意，第一，頂樓城市景觀餐廳取消，沒有早餐和晚餐，早餐自助餐改到了一樓餐廳，伙食不好。第二，是任何遊客都受不了的事，就是酒店網絡太差了，好不容易上一次網還有斷網很多次，有時候上不了網，有急事時太讓人着急。以後不會再住這家酒店了，雖然酒店很漂亮。

The staff was very kind . Location excellent and the rooms quite Ok, by the age of the hotel. Very clean place, well maintained. The food was my concern but they managed quite well to overcome its problemes. After that we went to Melia Peninsula in Varadero. That was a really downgrade for food and drinks. Shocking its limitations there. This Melia can hold its stars.

l'hôtel est idéalement situé a du charme , les chambres sont agréables , la literie est de qualité, MAIS souvent pas d'eau chaude , mauvaise connexion Wifi, petit déjeuner calamiteux en particulier pain dur, café imbuvable, pas de produits frais . Concernant le personnel plutôt froid et indifférent (employés d'états), mais surtout les seuls qui s'intéressent à vous sont des complices d'arnaqueurs qui vous accostent à la sortie de l'hôtel et qui font croire qu'il sont employés de l'hôtel car ils ont des informations vraies vous concernant , un certain Antonio nous a fait croire qu'il faisait le ménage à l'hôtel pour nous mettre en confiance et nous arnaquer. Mauvaise expérience.
