我們在攜程預訂了這個酒店，首晚價格為1400人民幣（約200美元）。入住後，酒店經理竟強行多收取300多美元，因為要按人頭收費！當我們質疑時，對方態度極其惡劣，拒絕提供明細單據。更諷刺的是，次日因特殊原因需重新訂房，同平台同房型報價僅需200多美元——這直接證明首晚就是針對遊客的惡意宰客！
2️⃣ **毫無職業素養的服務**
酒店經理全程擺出傲慢姿態，面對攜程客服的溝通時甚至出言嘲諷，毫無解決問題的誠意。員工普遍缺乏基本服務意識，房間清潔敷衍（若實際情況可補充：如床品污漬、浴室發黴等細節），設施陳舊堪比廢墟。

Excelente lugar, un lugar hermoso para el disfrute pleno con su familia, amigos o pareja, bien diseñado, servicio de gran calidad, un agradecimiento infinito a los mayordomos Odalys, Aniuska y Lisney, a Karel, en la recepción y a Yudi en el desayunador VIP, el personal del spa muy atento . Una experiencia única, muy recomendable.
