Le personnel très accueillant et si besoin de quelques conseils et autre choses, vous l’aurais. Les chambres sont tres propre et il l’es nettoies a tout les jours. Ainsi il ya les femmes de la réception qu’ils vous accueillent avec professionnalisme. Et Maida en fait partie. Je vous conseille d’aller la voir.

Consiglio vivamente L'hotel Deauville dopo un soggiorno di due settimane e visitato per il secondo anno consecutivo.. la sua posizione sul malecón e vista spettacolare dal tredicesimo piano sono una experiencia veramente unica!!! Pulizia ottima e personale veramente molto cordiale.. mi sono sentita come fossi a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Maida di pubbliche relazioni per il suo spiccato carisma e gran professionalità. Spero di rivederci presto 😃

Номер нормально убирался, все расходники (мыло, шампунь) вовремя менялись. Полотенца чистые. Воду приносили ежедневно. Сам номерной фонд старенький и требует как минимум косметического ремонта. Вид из окна был очень хороший. Но когда я заказал на ресепшене трансфер до аэропорта, о нем просто забыли, и за вызов убитой машины менеджер запросил 5$ это не считая самой поездки.

Muy buena atención de parte de todo el colectivo desde la recepción el muchacho de la puerta siempre nos recibe con una cálida bienvenida y en especial de ana en el buffe Ha sido muy atenta desde que llegamos los desayunos ricos y variados los batidos muy bueno, el muchacho de la plancha hace una tortillas exquisitas y muy buen trato, Nos alojamos en la habitacion 809 Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias gracias a nuestra camarera, el clima es bueno y el agua caliente en las habitaciones muy bien, la fiestas en la piscina muy buena, gracias a todos por una estancia muy agradable

El mejor lugar para compartir con amigos. Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar los servicios q ofrece este hotel de la capital cubana, acompañada de buenos amigo q hicieron mejor mi experiencia. Su atención y precios son magníficos, dos cosas q son muy difíciles de encontrar aquí y con las cuales se destaca este lugar . Repetiría la ocasión sin dudarlo

Lo peor fuimos descriminidos por ser cubanos ,supuestame estábamos mal vestido, por tener chorf pulover y zapatos no nos dejaron acceder al servicio del hotel ,el señor que nos atendió supuestame es el director del hotel creo que es una total falta de ética

Good hotel, comfortable rooms. It's not the most modern, but it has a great atmosphere. It has a pool on the 6th floor. It also has a nightclub where outside staff can come in, which creates a nice atmosphere. The included breakfast is very delicious. It has a bar and they play live music some days! A good experience! Recommended. We were a group of 15 people, and everyone had the same opinion.

The rooms are very comfortable, with plenty of space. The breakfast food was good quality. The people working here are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. This has been the hotel where I've been treated the best. If you're visiting Havana, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful people! They made this first trip to Cuba worth it! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with genuine smiles and contagious energy. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive to every detail, and always willing to help us discover the best of the country.
