Terrazas Atlantico

Nuestra estancia en el hotel tuvo aspectos destacables y otros que requieren atención urgente. Por un lado, la edificación asignada estaba recién renovada, impecablemente limpia y en excelentes condiciones, lo que agradecemos. Sin embargo, como ocurre en toda la ciudad, hubo cortes de energía frecuentes, y nos sorprendió que el generador del hotel no contara con combustible para mitigar estas situaciones. En cuanto a la gastronomía, **la comida fue exquisita y muy bien elaborada**, y el personal demostró amabilidad y profesionalismo en todo momento, algo que valoramos enormemente. El mayor contraste lo encontramos en la playa: **el paisaje es simplemente hermoso**, pero lamentablemente **estaba descuidada y con acumulación de residuos**. Además, el hotel no ofrece servicios básicos como tumbonas o sombrillas, lo que dificulta disfrutar del entorno. Consideramos que **la playa es el principal atractivo para los huéspedes**, por lo que urge que el establecimiento asuma un rol más activo en su mantenimiento y comodidad. Por último, sugerimos **mejorar la señalización** (quizás con carteles o banderas visibles), ya que la ubicación no es clara para los visitantes. Es una pena ver que más del 50% del complejo está en ruinas, pues **con una inversión adecuada, este lugar podría convertirse en un resort todo incluido de primer nivel**. Esperamos que las autoridades y el equipo directivo tomen nota de estos detalles para transformar este espacio en el destino que merece ser.

La atención del personal en general es bastante buena aunque no son muy proactivos para ofrecer soluciones. El apartamento que nos tocó (705) es de los renovados por tanto tenía TV (qué no se puede utilizar porque no están instalado) y refrigerador, el clima de las habitaciones bueno, solo señalar en el apartamento que las ventanas no ofrecen seguridad porque no cierran, algo que fue planteado sin respuesta por parte del hotel. Otro aspecto es la gastronomía en el restaurante (o comedor porque tiene más de este que de restaurante), el servicio es super lento, sin muchas ofertas, la comida fría y el desorden a la hora de servir y el incumplimiento de normas de gastronomía es lo básico en este sitio. La piscina VERDE quizás para hacerle juego a la vegetación del lugar pero sin posibilidades de utilizarla ante estas condiciones. Es una lástima que un lugar que con poco puede ser mucho no le den la atención requerida.

We were at the Las Terrazas Aparthotel, the truth is that the apartments are very good, some recently repaired and painted, others being restored. The one where my family and I stayed didn't have a refrigerator, the one the other family that traveled with us did have. We also ran out of water although they put it in after a while but we had a bad time. They close the pool very early at 6 in the afternoon, this is quite a shock, the beach is very close but, for example, I, who have 2 children, prefer to spend more time in the pool. We didn't have a bad time, but the installation could have been much better.

First of all, we must admit that they are working well and I liked that, the service was very good, the food was good, the apartments were very comfortable. Now, things that I didn't like were the following: 1 - The apartments didn't have a refrigerator and you couldn't bring or buy anything to keep it cold due to the lack of it. 2 - At the agency they told us that everything that was paid at the facility was by transfer or by POS, but nothing to do with it, if they accept cash, and the POS were not working, if I managed to pay by card on two occasions it was a lot , very bad information in the agencies. 3 - The day we left, my partner and I had to wait for them to turn on the water because early in the morning there was no water because of a "disruption", we went to the file and they told us that it had already been reported, we had I had to brush my teeth with small amounts of natural water because the water problem persisted. They didn't give us any more explanations on the subject and we had to leave that day without even being able to get the sea water off of us. I sincerely think that when there is only one negative thing, the positive ones have no validity, therefore I would not return here a second time, the service was good and the other things that I objected to above, but the issue of water bothered me a lot, and the payment by transfer, since we had to spend all the cash we had and we had the largest amount of money in the bank account.

These are photos of the room they offered me. Stained sheets, leaks, no minibar, no hair dryer. I recommend that you do not open it until the repairs are completed. Very expensive to not have anything included, just breakfast.
