The service of this hotel is terrible. The hardware is OK, but the software is the service attitude. From the front desk to the restaurant, they rip you off without negotiation. The front desk always finds a way to arrange your room very badly, and then if you want to change it, you have to pay extra. The restaurant agreed to one price, but when you check out, they suddenly add double the price. When you ask them, they say the variety is different. They are so overbearing.

I returned to the Park Central Hotel by chance. It was a great experience. The small suite window faced the Kempinski Hotel Street. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very good, but the shower room was a little small. The glass ceiling in the hotel lobby was bright and spacious. There were resident singers every day. I sat in the lobby to listen to music and drink a cup of coffee. There was a cigar bar on the second floor of the lobby, which was the icing on the cake. There were many tourists in the hotel, and the atmosphere was very good. I liked it very much, and it was full of memories of living here 16 years ago. The hotel is in an excellent location, with the old town, Central Park, and the Capitol, and convenient transportation.
