Although the facilities are simple, I think they are pretty good in Cuba. The hotel is very clean, the environment is very good, and the location is good. It is near the Plaza de Armas in the old city. You can see the sea as soon as you come out, and it is convenient to visit the old city. The service is very good and the staff are very polite. El hotel, de reciente construcción y diseño moderno, está en pleno corazón de la Habana vieja, la ubicación perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy silenciosas, las camas comodísimas, y el desayuno completo y rico. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestro bienestar en todo momento. Hotel con muy buena ubicación y sus instalaciones muy modernas y cómodas. El desayuno tipo buffet muy variado y de calidad. Muy buen trato y muy atentos tanto los recepcionistas como la directora, ya que tuvimos un imprevisto y nos lo gestionaron y resolvieron rápido. Gracias por todo

The hotel was modern, clean, the room was impeccable. Staff was helpful, knowledgable and spoke a decent amount of English to make communication easy. Breakfast was great, location of hotel was good and I would definitely visit again.
