I just needed to stay for one night for an event that was five minutes away. Picked this hotel because I needed a convenient location, and I always stay in Marriott properties when I can. (I"m Titanium Elite). I was in touch with Marj, through the chat function throughout the day, because I was hoping for an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out, and I couldn't get the upgrade, but I have to say, she tried really hard to make it happen! Both Marj and the other woman at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The studio room is big enough. My only complaint would be that there are no king size beds. I might not select this hotel again if I'm with my husband because we sleep better in a king; the bed seemed small. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine - overall it served it's purpose!

Excellent property located mid Long Island. We stayed for one night on the way to the Hamptons with a Peter Luger steakhouse dinner reservation. Checking in was a little hectic. Upon getting to our room we realized it’s a studio with a sofabed instead of the one bedroom in our reservation document. We have to go back to the front desk to explain our son was recovering from brain surgery can we please get the one bedroom unit so he can be more comfortable. The young lady at the front desk. Miss Sarah realized the error and did the amazing gesture to upgraded us to a two bedroom unit. Thank you again Sarah! Both units we have view and used are excellent. Clean. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Love the Marriott brand.

Property is outdated. Manager Robert is rude and condescending his staff isn’t much better a bunch of puppets and he has his hand far up there puppet sleeves if u know what i mean. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay as are room was dirty and infested with bed bugs. I had to go to the hospital for a horrible rash which they concluded was bed bugs… Manager laughed when we brought this to his attention no compensation for said event and then banned us from the hotel. There is no accountability at this property Robert is a slumlord & the customer is always wrong…. BEWARE
