⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an exciting and amazing day at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hattiesburg! From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality was exceptional. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Vian, whose leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for both guests and staff truly set the tone for the entire hotel. His energy and dedication create an atmosphere that is welcoming, organized, and efficient. The entire team deserves recognition for making my stay so remarkable: Lori, Housekeeping Manager – incredible attention to detail and ensuring every room and space is immaculate. Britteny, Front Office Manager – warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Robert, Executive Chef – the food was outstanding, and his creativity and passion for excellence were evident in every dish. Allen, Chief Engineer – ensured the property ran flawlessly, taking care of everything behind the scenes so guests had a perfect stay. Kristen, Sales – professional, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make the event and coordination effortless. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable. Thanks to Vian and this incredible team, my visit was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Hattiesburg for anyone visiting the area—you’ll leave impressed, well taken care of, and eager to return.

The hotel itself was nice, but the manager’s attitude completely ruined the experience. It was obvious she was irritated and overwhelmed. She eventually tried to apologize and make excuses, but by then the damage was done. Unfortunate, because everything else had potential.

Reception on arrival was great! Bartender Alex (aka "little Alex") did a great job creating a coconut martini per our request, she went above and beyond! Hotel location was perfect for our stay and was comfortable. Unfortunately, upon arrival our room didn't have a completely made bed, only one sheet and cover (typically there are two sheets with the cover between) We asked to have that fixed, but there was no housekeeping ever sent to the room. We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping at all ie no towels, bed changed or trash removed our entire stay (even with the tag removed from the door and the request made prior). The people were great, Sherri was helpful after we almost missed the morning breakfast. Gave us wonderful info and suggestions which we took gladly! Thank you Sherri. The staff were all kind and courteous, room was quiet.
