Super 8 by Wyndham Hattiesburg South

I wasn’t sure what to expect when booking at Super 8, but I was genuinely impressed by the quality of my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a restful night—including a comfy bed, mini-fridge, and fast Wi-Fi. What really stood out was how quiet and peaceful it was, despite being close to main roads and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was simple but fresh, with hot coffee, waffles, and a few nice extras. This Super 8 strikes a great balance between affordability and comfort. For travelers looking for a reliable place to stay without breaking the bank, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at Super 8. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The location was perfect—close to major attractions but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Christie at the front desk needs to be recognized for her great leadership, customer, service skills, genuineness, and her compassion. She made me feel at home from the very beginning. Overall, my entire stay, which was four days was absolutely fantastic. And I highly recommend this super eight Motel.

Get what you pay for….. I guess you get what you pay for, the price was under $100, and we just needed to stay for a night. The door was dirty security latch was broken and loose. The smoke detector had been removed, there was a broken electrical plate and the exterior door was not well weather sealed, so when our neighbors were out smoking at 3 am we had that coming in the side of the door those same neighbors were being very loud and when I messaged the front desk it said no one was available. When we woke up in the morning there was broken glass right outside the door and I let the front desk know, they said they couldn’t do anything because that room had paid cash. The shower was dirty I didn’t use it I slept and got the heck out of there.
