I am deeply concerned about the lack of preparedness and attention given to emergencies at your premises, especially for a location that hosts numerous high-risk, physically engaging activities. During a recent visit, I experienced a fall during a bike trek, and what followed was an alarming demonstration of inadequate training, lack of equipment, and misplaced priorities. Upon reaching the hub and requesting first aid, I was met with a shocking level of indifference. The staff seemed more focused on managing check-ins than addressing what was clearly an urgent situation. When I finally received assistance, the only medical provision available was a tube of Boroline cream—hardly appropriate for treating injuries sustained during physically demanding activities. Considering the nature of your commercial offerings and the diverse demographic of participants, this lack of basic first-aid facilities is unacceptable. Injuries, whether minor or major, are inevitable in such environments, and it is your responsibility to ensure that participants feel safe and supported.

Escape from the city An amazing getaway from the city with plenty to do. Either spend time outdoors relaxing or taking on the numerous activities. A great way to detox from city and IT and enjoy nature.

Superb Stay! Place for Recharge Our stay is amazing! Staff are very friendly and service is great. The facilities are all great. I just think a bit overpriced but the stay around this environment tops it off. With the price I think some improvement needed on items available in the dome eg. Bbq materials, first aid kit, slippers, comb etc. Some info materials on the risks around the area and how to do first aid, what to do? who to call? Emergency numbers etc. We’ve found the Arabian Fat tail scorpion, it was fun! But it would be great to have booklet for awareness on what risks around with all the activities.

Unique, but ... A unique place to stay. It is probably best suited for travelers with pre-teen kids. Food options are somewhat limited. The shower didn't drain properly and management was unable to fix it during our stay, which was disappointing.
