I read a few comments before writing mine and can easily understand the criticisms. Now, it is a hotel like hundreds of others in Japan, all as "old" and full of constraints, specific to the country quite simply! In other words, a summary of local culture with its pros and cons. The bathroom is functional but quite spacious, well equipped and with quality products. The dining room is a stain on the other hand, very impersonal, but the dinner is gargantuan, very varied and with quality products. We only had the Japanese breakfast, a little complicated for the children. Finally, a good experience for us, with shuttle to the ferry. There is English-speaking staff (but not really in the restaurant where you discover in your mouth what you eat).
