LiVEMAX RESORT AKI MIYAHAMA ONSEN

There was no mention of pet-friendly hotels on Trip.com, so I thought I had booked a regular room with an open-air bath and a spacious room with meals included. I only found out pets were allowed when I was shown to my room. There was a pet cage in the room and it smelled of animals. When I checked with the hotel staff, I was told that all rooms in the facility were pet-friendly. When I told them that unfortunately I had allergies and could not stay there, they offered to prepare a room in a separate building for an additional fee. Since it was already late on the day, I asked them to do so. I ended up waiting for about an hour. If I had made a reservation in advance, I would not have had to pay the additional fee, and the room was a grade lower than the one I had reserved. Since I had made a reservation with dinner included, I asked for dinner at 7:30pm as suggested by the front desk. When I went to the dining area to have dinner, I was told that my room was booked on the day and did not include meals, so I was not allowed in. After explaining my reasons and getting confirmation, I was finally able to enter the dining area, but it was buffet style and there was only a smattering of food. I asked the staff to bring me some food, but they said "we've run out of today's." There was an empty pot on a portable stove on the narrow table, and there were no ingredients to put in it. What does it mean that there is no today's supply? Lettuce and beer at a hot spring? Where's the sashimi? Reservation made at 7:30pm, meal starts at 8pm, no ingredients at 8:20pm, dinner is supposed to be until 9pm. This was a stressful trip.

ホテルまでの道はそんなに悪くない。普通に来れる。 駐車場はちょっと狭いけど、まぁ問題ないレベル。 厳島神社からも割と近いし、いいと思う。 部屋はまぁまぁ広いし、ちっちゃいけど露天風呂もついてる。 露天風呂は五右衛門ぶろみたいなやつ、まぁ入れば意外と楽しめる。 ビュッフェはいろいろあっておいしい、並ばずに好きなものを食べれるし。 ワンちゃんも楽しそうで何より。

宮浜温泉オーシャンの別館が安芸宮浜温泉とは知らずに予約をとり食事や大浴場の移動が大変だった。外国の方が一人で受付をされ対応も良かったが帰りにレシート？を頂き名前漢字の間違いがすごくびっくりでした。

ユニットバスの排水が逆流しているのか夜通し音がして寝れなかった
