Directions/signage rubbish, google took us down the wrong road. No handrails in bathroom. Plugs nowhere near the bed. Random space in room, no luggage rack. Toilet paper sheets not roll which I appreciate is not a massive issue, however when the quality is as poor as it was, it is! No lift Breakfast - day 1 - took 20 minutes for hot food to be replenished. No bacon, choice of eggs, only granary bread, hot water machine”spluttered” Day 2 - no choice of eggs, bacon but such poor quality wish they hadn’t bothered. Few positives to stop a 1 star review - Bed comfy air con/heating worked No issue parking Lighting switches useful

A hotel that is showing strong signs of age both in the rooms and restaurant. The evening meal was pretty poor and service was slow. The draught beer was limited and the choice of bottled beers wasn't as listed on the menu. The draught beer tasted "funny" so had bottled beer. The food was pretty bland and luke warm. I couldn't be bothered to complain as service was taking some time anyway. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and quiet. Showing signs of age and I would suggest it is ready for some investment. Worn fittings and fixtures in the room and peeling paint and worn fittings in the restaurant. The continental breakfast was ok. Usual selection of juices, pastries, toast, cereals, and fruit. Coffee was pretty good.

Horrendous stay! . 1st we booked a family room. To be squeezed into a double room. Baring in mind it was 2 adults and 2 teens. As it was a double room the beds didn't fit so they shoved our sons bed up against a mirror. My sons has scratches on his sides from turning over and hitting the mirror thru the night. We couldn't even put him in our bed as ours was a tiny double and there wasn't room. We had to put him on the floor with a quilt in the end as he was so uncomfortable. We complained, was told they would try find another room. To be told they didn't have any. Secondly the air-conditioning has a mind of its own. The room was constantly freezing no matter what temp you charge it too. It's just blew out freezing. We complained and the guy behind the desk pressed something on a panel behind reception but this didn't help. It was freezing the whole weekend. Me and my daughter ended up full of cold. And to top it off the guests above us were so noisy that they kept us up both night. We complained about this too but nothing was done. Over all we had a horrific weekend staying here. And guest relations were useless. They just lied and lied. Even thou I have the pictures to prove everything I have just said

I feel that Premier Inn is a misnomer. No USB ports in the room. No plugs beside the bed. Continental breakfast OK. Dinner - I've had better. It was noisy. I stay away regularly and comparing this with other hotels it was expensive for the accommodation. I've had better in central London but not Premier Inn. I will avoid them in future.

Recently stayed at premier inn Hatfield with my family and it was a good decision. The rooms are really clean and the beds are very comfy making our stay very easy and relaxed. Everything was really nice but what caught our attention was this girl Sabreen. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us with a big smile. Both me and my husband complimented her for her beautiful smile. As she was getting us checked- in, she kept us engaged by asking how was our journey and suggesting us places nearby to travel. She also asked us if we are going to eat at the restaurant next door and that we should have meal and breakfast included which is a meal deal as it is a good deal which made sense when she explained to us more. She told us about steak as my husband said he likes steak, suggested pizzas for the kids. Very attentive at small details but not in a pushy way. Later in the evening we went to the pub next door and it was again her who welcomed us, sat us down on a very good table by the window, explained more about the meal deal menu. She checked on us multiple times asking us if the food was okay and if we need anything which was very surprising because she was running 2 places at the same time. The other staff members were nice as well but the smile and attitude that this girl has is commendable. It was busy at the restaurant but she went to every table to check on every guest. Right from the time of check-in to eating food and going back to bed, it was just her who looked after us which made our stay so memorable. Definitely coming back.

The hotel is fine, but the breakfast was absolutely awful. Undercooked sausages, dried out eggs, no coffee, warm bread instead of toast and peanut butter that was a solid inedible piece inside its packet. Apparently the coffee machine was broken, this was barked at us as we walked in.

Travelled here for overnight stay as was in the area for business. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Restaurant is terrible and bringing down the experience. It’s closed for outside patrons. Dinner was ok but waiting an hour and half for something when only one other table is not ok. I will look elsewhere when in the area again which is a shame as the team really tried their best.
