Overall experience was nice...reception was very helpful, able to speak malay, HALAL breakfast was good (even it's only small wrap shawarma style). Free covered parking with standby guard. Muslim friendly with Kiblat direction in room. The only downside is, no Iron inside room, need to go to Level 2 for iron (please replace the iron as it got sticky stain on it, might ruin somebody's shirt)

The experience was overall okay. Did not have much interaction with hotels staff but basically they were friendly. The room size was definitely bigger than I expected however, the cleanliness can be improved. It seemed like for some tourists or locals, the location was not so good as it was about 3-4km away from the centre of Hatyai. But for me, the location was just nice. Not too crowded and not noisy.

Cosy and homey yet warning VERY HOT! 🥵 I book a king room with a king bed for RM190. The room is a bit small which is unexpected bcs I thought it would be bigger from the picture but the bed is comfy. Coming to the hotel is pretty easy since it is located in the center of Hatyai and hospitality service from the receptionist is A! Greeted with welcome drink during a hot day and we got to check in at 1pm. Another plus point is drinks in fridge are free so thats a plus that is rare and they have ironing room! Some inconvenience that might be a deal breaker are: 1. Water pressure is very low tho and if there is no aircond you’ll be sweating if your room is on the second floor bcs somehow it is very hot in the building. 2. Parking is limited to 5 cars only and it is so difficult to park so I’m giving the last one just 4 stars. Since these two are a huge dealbreaker for me I might not repeat except for going to the hotel cafe. They give 10% discount to their hotel resident if you are interested.

Hotel location ain't that bad ...if you have transportation on your own .. The staff there are very nice and helpful ..The rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom ... From my drive to the heart of the city ain't that bad either .

New hotel. A bit far from the lee garden but no problem easily can get a ride. They also also chafeur service within 1km and it ks free. I can rated this hotel 11/10. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. The space of the room not big not too small which is just nice. Once you entered the hotel you will feel so welcome. You can get motorcycle rent here too.

Good and clean rooms Swimming pool half in and outdoor! Kids love it but girls must wear the swim cap You can rent swimming wear there cost 50baht

Places very close to the night market and to tears both sides need about 200 m very convenient both sides also got nice market food

The whole of the place in the hotel is very spotless, staffs are nice and gave me for recommendation as well, the room have good smell, there're amenities not much inside a room but it's suitable like 3 stars hotel. There're a convenient store(7-11) nearby and also a shabu on the ground floor (for the guests from the hotel will get discounts, but not sure how many %) I like in front of the hotel. It's very beautiful and suitable for people who like taking pictures. They also have a coffee cafe in front, nice place!! 💕 หน้าโรงแรมสวยดีค่ะเหมาะกับคนชอบถ่ายรูป มีค่าเฟ่นั่งชิลกินกาแฟด้วย ชั้น G เห็นแวบๆ มีชาบูด้วยนะคะ(ฮาลาล) แขกจากโรงแรมมีส่วนลดให้แต่เราไม่แน่ใจมีให้เท่าไหร่ ห้องพักก็พอได้ค่ะไม่ได้ว้าว แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ มีไดร์เป่าผมติดผนังด้วยมองหาง่ายดี แต่ห้องน้ำนี่ว่าเล็กไปหน่อย ของ amenities มีพวกหมวกอาบน้ำ สบู่ แชมพู ผ้าเช็ดตัว น้ำในตู้เย็นเล็ก ประมาณนี้ค่ะแต่ก็สมกับราคา พอได้ บริการดีเยี่ยม โทรหา front ตี 2-3 ก็มีคนรับ( ให้เขามาเช็คดูแขกห้องอื่นมายืนทะเลาะกันกลางโถงทางเดินเสียงดังมากกก ) เอ็นดูพนักงาน🥹💕
