Everything is good, the room is clean, the only thing is there is no water heater. I opened the door to the left and right, but there was no hot water.

Cannot find my bookings when check in but they still manage to arrange room for me.unsatisfavtory on morning breakfast buffet. All halal food.

This place is well maintained in a leafy surroundings with excellent hosts. An in-house kitchen serves local delicacies and staff go way out of their way to help guests. Rooms r as described in photos and aircon worked.
Biggest downside for this place is location which is in a rough suburb infested with rabid dogs on street. These r not just one or two but tens of them pouncing on people walking / riding.
Getting a grab is also difficult from here as address is a bit ambiguous. Roads leading to this location flood during heave rains so be careful and reach there well before it gets dark. Good for a short getaway but not if u want city conveniences or relying on public transport.

Overall, it's a decent stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a 7-Eleven just a 100-meter walk away. The hotel's exterior looks quite good, and the pool is nice, plus they have a basic gym facility.
However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. Essentials like toothbrushes and slippers weren't provided. Perhaps due to being on the first floor, we encountered quite a few ants and small insects. If you're sensitive to bugs, I'd recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.
A major plus is its proximity to the airport – it's only a 15-minute walk. Taking a Grab taxi, though, would set you back 110 THB, which feels a bit expensive considering how close it is.

I travel with my mom , the hotel location is not far from the airport and bus station, have fews restaurant nearby, reception counter 24hrs. Also have a swimming pool but I didn’t use it, I just stay here for 1 night as i have a flight in early morning,
Only 1 thing if you are really sensitive, In the room you can hear everything clearly from outside also can hear when people walk pass the room or when other room talk and in the night time you can hear the music from the bar, restaurant near hotel as well.
But if compare with the price and the location this hotel is great !!

The location is located near Hatyai Airport. There are many 7E shops in the area. There is a famous restaurant, Kaitod Decha. This hotel is suitable if you want to relax. My suggestion if you want to stay here, go shopping and take a walk in the Hatyai town area first. The pool is very big and my kids really likes it. Got iron in the room. Will repeat next time.

JJSimTHLocation is close to airport with small swimming pool and gym. No shopping facility near by but a 7-11 convenience store just 10 minutes walk away. Room is clean and spacious. A sofa for relaxing and room has smart tv for my choice of programmes. Our room a little warm due to afternoon sun. Comfortable big bed which support my bad back well !! Helpful staff as i need iron and iron board to prepare my outfit. Housekeeping team sent them right away!!
Courteous and friendly reception team. Requested a later check out which is helpful to match our schedule. Amazon Cafe and Sawa Restaurant close by serving great variety of food with reasonable price.
Massage can be arranged with receptionist or walk a 15 minutes to the massage parlour. Grab car is easily available too for trips around.

CChengduSamThe garden design and maintenance of this hotel is amazing. Plants cover every room, so the view from each window should be good. I like to walk around in the yard and smoke.
I was also deeply impressed by the cleanliness of the glass and the rigor of the wiring. The exposed wiring looks pretty good!
The front desk can speak Chinese, which is amazing!

MMariammmI went there years ago. Everything looks much better than it does now. It looks like the new owners haven't renovated it at all. The water heater doesn't work. There's no TV. There's no hair dryer. The blankets are very small. The price is twice as much.

NNoorainiThe accommodation was clean and the room was spacious. Parking was super convenient, right by our room. It was also very affordable and ideally located close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. The place was quiet with no traffic noise, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
