Got a room in the new building (just opened in Jul25), super spacious room and amazingly comfortable bed. The TV in the room is huge and equipped with full amenities. On and off we could hear some knocking renovation sound during the day time but evening was fine. The location was a bit off, it requires a bit of walking to the nearest convenient stores. Only good if you are driving. Free parking available, this new building is connected to the old/main one. You can still use the pool/gym etc.

This is condominium + hotel style. Complete with kitchenette, hall, tv, sofa and even coway water filter for drinking. Free parking lot at the basement with security. Also it equip with iron, ironing board, hair dryer and it has balcony for deluxe suite room (balcony- forgot to take picture)! I love this place. All things i need it complete in this place. I would recommend this place.

Everything is good, but I would like to screen and inform the guests. They should respect other guests. I have slept with 2 people and the guests were very loud and did not care about other rooms.

Our family of four spent an unforgettable time here during the outbreak of the domestic epidemic. We almost fell in love with living here. The landlord, grandparents and grandparents are very nice people, the room cleaning is also very satisfactory, and the price is very affordable. . We will come to live if there is a chance!

I booked 2 rooms for my family getaway during the school holidays. The room furniture and toilets looked old and could use some refurbishment. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to Lee Garden and Greenway Night Market. Parking is quite limited, with only 6 spots available in front of the hotel and around 10 more in the open parking lot across the street. It's on a first-come, first-served basis. If you return to the hotel around 10 PM or later, most of the parking spaces are usually full, and you’ll likely have to park by the roadside.

When we arrived, we had to wait for 40 mins to get our room checked in which was supposed to be 3pm local time, when we checked out, we passed the down payment 300 baht receipt to the receptionist and she was impatiently asked me to sign the receipt before returning the down payment. Service was not up to the level. Not asking for top notch service but at least some simple manners have to be there.

Stayed at SUBANAN Hotel in Hatyai and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Great value for the price, and the location is convenient too. However, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. Still, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a neat and affordable stay.
