Great Location & Comfortable Stay I recently stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient to explore local markets, restaurants, and shopping areas like Central Festival and Kim Yong Market—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away.

I booked the Luxury Room (3D2N), clearly stated I was travelling with 4 children (12, 10, 8 & 6). The booking policy said children of all ages are welcome. However, at check-in the staff insisted the room could only fit 2 adults + 2 kids, and demanded I book another room for my other children. Despite explaining, they refused to accommodate and told me to “deal with TRIP” if I wanted to cancel. In the end, I had no choice but to book another room for my kids. This unexpected situation was very frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing, especially as it disrupted my family travel plans and added unplanned costs. It left a negative impact on my stay, as I had originally booked with the expectation that my family could stay together comfortably in one room as stated in the booking policy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was handled with professionalism, and they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.The reception team was very helpful, the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, and even small requests were attended to quickly. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality it really made my trip more comfortable and enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience. Definitely a place I would love to return to!

Stayed for one night, check in was smooth, need to prepare deposit of THB 1000 or MYR200.00. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and i am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room + bathroom. just a 2 min walking distance to Central Hatyai, very convenient indeed. There was also plenty of car park, so those who driving should not have any problem. Refrigerator, kettle and hair dryer provided in the room. Easy to get Bolt / GRAB. I am really recommending this hotel to those who preferred to stay nearby to Central Hatyai.

Location very close to Kim Yong market and Lee Garden. Famous restaurant nearby. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and will stay again.

I stayed at Buri Sriphu Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved how it was kept clean every single day. The hotel also provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch. Service and hospitality were excellent throughout my stay—the staff were always smiley, helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that I could request to borrow an iron and ironing board when needed. There’s a nice café at the lobby as well, which was convenient whenever I wanted to relax with a drink or snack. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel and would not mind coming back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service and warm hospitality.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, self-service laundry available next to the hotel. Easy to get a Grab from the hotel. However, the soundproofing is a bit lacking, so noise from outside can be heard easily

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, the service was very good, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
