A Mixed Bag: Good Location, But Noise Issues Detracted from My Stay This hotel's location was undeniably convenient, close to many attractions I planned to visit. For a budget hotel, it served its basic purpose. The room was reasonably clean, though the water pressure on the 5th floor was disappointingly weak. However, my biggest issue stemmed from the inconsiderate behavior of other guests. A large Malay family occupied three rooms on my floor. While I understand families travel together, their behavior was utterly unacceptable. The noise levels were disruptive and frankly, inconsiderate. They were constantly shouting at each other, their children were crying incessantly, and the constant banging of doors echoed through the hallway. It felt less like a hotel and more like a chaotic playground. Trying to relax or get any sleep was a nightmare. This wasn't a one-off incident; it persisted throughout my stay. While I understand the hotel can't control every guest's behavior, the lack of any intervention or attempt to manage the situation was disappointing. Due to this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel, especially if you value peace and quiet.

We arrived 30 mins early than our check in time and thankfully we were able to check in early....the staffs there were nice and friendly, so the process of checking in were smooth....there are lots of places in a walking distance around the hotel...our room was on the 5th floor and theres a bar on the 6th floor but its not that noisy unless there are some kind of celebration....overall very good and will book here again in the future

We had a great stay . It’s really nearby everywhere and convenient within the city center. Will definitely come back again.

Good hotel

Very poor soundproof,people talking and laughing loudly outside the room until 2am, i dont know if they are the workers who work at the rooftop bar. Room is clean

Do have room cleaning and amenities such as water and tissue provided but no hair dryer it is really inconvenient

New hotel.. water shower quite slow.. overall comfortable stay..

1. Bathroom area all stains  2. No safe box 3. Room door not sound proof  4. Said with balcony but is lock 🔏 permanently  5. No phone inside the room.  6. TV 📺 channel not working at the WiFi is locked  7. Very noisy on the rooftop after 12mid-night  8. Hot water need to come down to lobby, such inconvenience

Love the room and location! But might be loud because the ambulance sounds, we enjoy our stay here 😍
