Great little hotel, owner and staff friendly and very helpful.

Good value place with free evening/night parking In general a good experience, generally quiet, although my room was next to the loo with very little soundproofing, so I was treated to a whole phone conversation between "Eva" and her dad at 7am! Nice! The free parking is from 4pm to 11am each day. You need to pay at least £4.20 a day if you wish to leave your car there during the day. Unfortunately you can't book in advance. However you are very close to the town centre, so this may balance it out for you. The TV in my room worked fine, however was very high up and was difficult to view. Other than that, all fine.

Quirky apollo room Based on our room and two night stay in a ground floor room. Parking was included in the multistorey behind the building from 4pm till 11am the next day which was very convenient. The room was clean n compact. Quirky building with everything being on a slant caused by foundation movement. No breakfast or room service included. This was for room only so you could argue it was a lttle overpriced.Toilet and shower room was small but functional. Only seperated from the main room by a bi folding door so you can hear everything so you cant be shy with your other room guest. Room had everything you needed,tv, wifi, hair drier,iron and ironing board.. kettle, cups with complimentary tea coffee, bottled water etc. Cups could do with being bigger for our taste. A proper size mug would have been nice.Adaquate storage from a wardrobe. Bed was comfy although maybe a liitle on the hard side for our taste but we both slept well during our two night stay..only negatives were were curtains had to be drawn during the evening as other guests congregated outside our window by the front door to smoke and with it being hot outside the windows were open so you could smell the smoke and hear them talking. My partner did loose a new pair of trousers during the two days, i wouldnt like to say the cleaning staff had these when they cleaned/restocked the room while we were out so this will remain a mystery. Overall we enjoyed our stay as its near to the seafront and amenietys.we would come back again.
