Moore House

My husband and I have just spent 4 fab nights at Moore House - it’s a lovely building with lots of character and is beautifully decorated. Location is perfect too. The room was large, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfasts were highly enjoyable (I ate very well indeed!). A special shout out to the lovely young lady who served us breakfasts, always super friendly and attentive, she’s a credit to the management. And of course the chef for our tasty breakfasts and last, but not least, thank you to our hosts who run this great B&B.

My second stay at Moore House in Hastings and another brilliant experience. Lovely big clean room with really comfortable beds, excellent shower and wonderful breakfast. The lovely ladies that run this place are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We had a very good supper at Porters next door. The location of this hotel is excellent and Hastings old town is beautiful, vibrant and quirky!

Wonderful in every way. Amazing stay from the start. Great welcome, beautiful place with wonderful detail. Service was amazing with nothing too much for the team. Would highly recommend.

Warm, spacious and quiet room (top floor). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice made to order breakfast from a menu with a variety of choices. Great location in old town too.

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.

September short break We stayed for two nights mid week. Moore House is in the old town high street and has no parking space so had to park in nearby public car park which is only a problem if you have much luggage. Our room, on the top floor was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor in the breakfast/lounge. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and well presented. Danielle made us very welcome and is an excellent host.
