Aggressive staff! Swore at me, told me that our staff member staying there was 'privileged' because he did not accept the plug point in his bedroomed was not working and therefore, he could not use the fan on a hot night or charge his phone in the bedroom so his alarm would go off in the morning for work. Was told if he was 'hot' he should have a swim in the pool! She would not give me the owners details to make a complaint, refused to give me a refund and put the phone down on me! Shocking language and appalling customer service. Do not stay here!

Cancelled our booking with no explanation. Follow up emails when we asked for an explanation were incredibly rude. Stay away from this motel. Highly unreliable and offensive with it. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.
