A reservation I had for June 24 was canceled my the event planner before the event and after several calls, I finally received an email dated June 24 that it had been canceled. However, although C3 approved the cancellation, I'm having a tough time getting a refund as it was made via *********** and they can't issue a refund until C3 emails them, which *********** is having a hard time reaching them; *********** can't accept the email they sent me, it has to come from them. I've left two vms today 7/12 on two different phone numbers and haven't received a call back yet. I called them last week and a guy answered "hello", I had to ask him if he was C3. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. Andrew, a General Manager was very helpful in canceling this reservation, but noone is available when I or *********** call.
