服務整體還是很好的。
給我的是角落房間，沒有滿足我預訂要求。房間環境也很一般，沒有像圖片裏那麼好。
我在酒店餐廳晚餐，點了一杯紅酒，卻收了我一瓶的錢。這點帳算不清楚又找到酒店前台，前台明確説會交待第二天負責結賬的同事此事。
很遺憾，check out時候還是按一瓶給我收費，又花了很多時間給他們去糾錯，細節服務很混亂。

Alles viel mee: vanaf de warme, professionele ontvangst bij de receptie met welkomsdrankje, het stijlvolle interieur, de mooie rustige kamer tot het bijzonder lekkere en uitgebreide ontbijt en heerlijke diner. Met de prima centrale ligging en de opvallende vriendelijkheid van alle personeelsleden (Hakan belde voor ons extra naar Visit Hasselt) was dit voor ons het ideale hotel om Hasselt te verkennen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met een wijntje door Karim .Verbleven in een " DE LUX BALCONY-QUEEN " kamer met een extra bed , kamer was heel ruim met een mooie open badkamer ( inloopdouche ).Frigo met water,thee en nespresso machine ,kluis ,haardroger voorzien .Enkel het balkon was aan de kleine kant (voor ons niet erg ).Aanrader is zeker het restaurant "Bargout" in het hotel .

Wat een prachtig, modern en mooi hotel! Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Aangename ervaring doorheen het hotel met high tech snufjes qua belichting en toegang tot de verschillende ruimtes. De kamers zijn groot genoeg en prachtig ingericht met een rode draad doorheen heel het hotel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en super lekker. Enige minpunt zijn de kussens die niet zo goed liggen. Verder geen klachten!

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie kamers, allemaal heel netjes. Ook de kleine extra's en attenties maken het af. Vriendelijke service, niks is hen teveel ! Pluspunt is ook dat er ook een uitstekend restaurant bij gelegen is. Hier komen we terug !

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst met een lekker glaasje wijn. Kamer heel netjes. Mooi hotel, mooie ontbijtzaal. Ontbijt goed voorzien: lekkere verse broodjes, warm en koud buffet+ keuze uit de ontbijt menukaart ( inbegrepen in de prijs). Aangenaam bed. Airco op kamer. Locatie perfect, op paar minuten van centrum. Personeel heel vriendelijk! Hasselt topstad! Bedankt voor een aangenaam verblijf!
