Best Breakfast hands down! Ms.Nell Have an amazing 🤩 touch when it comes to the grits! Not everyone makes good breakfast feel like grandma or auntie kitchen , thank you for feeding us we really enjoyed your energy and FOOD during our visit .😃 This is for sure our go to hotel whenever I’m back! It was an awesome atmosphereand very clean. Staff was outstanding and very polite. Mr Terrel was extremely polite and accommodating when I encountered an issue. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great Customer Service. The lady at the front when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and in well working order and breakfast was good for hotel breakfast The manager gave us a list of local eateries and things to do which was very helpful

I’ve been to this hotel twice and both times the shower water doesn’t go above lukewarm. I use the steam from the shower to unwrinkle my clothes and here i cannot do that. on top of the iron having no water

This review started out as positive review but has somehow turned not so positive. The good; Check in was good, called and asked for a late checkout, that was good. Room was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was kind. The not so good: I Called to ask to be connected to my room and was told even though I had the correct name and room number I could not be connected without prior approval from the person registered. I told her I am the person registered. That didn’t matter she went on to tell me the policy as it relates to the safety and security of the guest. I understand and agree with protecting the guest, but this goes too far. I then asked can she at least call the room and tell my daughter I’m on my way to pick her up so head downstairs , she told me she couldn’t guarantee that, but would ask the front desk agent. So to be clear, I would have to call the person in the room on a different phone to tell them to call the front desk to tell them it is okay to patch me through. If I was able to call the person in the room to tell them that, I would not be calling through the operator. Make it make sense. In the end, I get to the hotel my daughter isn’t downstairs so I have to assume no one called her. I went to the room and told her my experience. She did say someone called and told her I was on my way but didn’t say to head downstairs. So thank you at least for getting it half right.
