The hotel was a dump. Everything seemed in disrepair -- dirty hallways, cracked plaster, worn furniture. The property was in a deserted part of town, surrounded by car dealerships and near the freeway. Some of the guests were noisy in the middle of the night and it actually felt a little unsafe. I specifically asked the front desk clerk to have housekeeping clean the room and change the sheets and towels, and housekeeping never even came to the room. They told me to contact the manager about the oversight and I emailed him twice but never heard back. I would not stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The keys were not working; they let someone into my room without asking for ID. No fire detector in the room; it was just gone. Holes in the walls stuffed with tissue. The headboard on the bed was falling off the wall, and the 2nd night it actually fell off. The lights on the wall by the bed were over the bed, so you kept hitting your head. No toilet paper. Hair in the shower. No ice buckets, they gave you the flimsy plastic bag insert to put ice in. The room smelled. Pictures on the website must be from another hotel. There wasn't one picture that looked like them. Looked like a lot of suspicious activity was going on all night in the parking lot.

Not family friendly The whole place was unkept and dirty including our room. Hair on pillows, dirty bathroom and the room itself smelled like a locker room. We were only there 6 hours and it was 6 hours to long.

They know what happened the night of feb 21 so scary .....thats all
