The room was perfect for our group - very spacious and clean. We loved the second tv in the lounge area of the room and made use of the pullout bed. Complimentary breakfast was a welcome bonus that we all took advantage of, and the Starbucks coffee was a win for all. Great hotel and in a great location

This is absolutely one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed in since leaving home. All the amenities you could need are here. Staff at front was so friendly. Couldn’t be more pleased! It is so hard to find a clean and comfortable place these days, but this hotel gets a five star in every category.

Very comfortable beds! Had a glitch with billing but Robin sorted it out beautifully. Sherry in the restaurant was also outstanding - we ate there both nights! Would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area and will recommend to friends.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overpriced with additional hidden charges. Poor management and lack of professionalism regarding staff. Multiple receptionists lacking in knowledge and unable to explain undisclosed random charges. Hotel staff including management were not helpful at all. Pool was ice cold and tv was not working in the room. Breakfast was mediocre. Stayed here for a wedding and witnessed other guests complaining about broken tv’s in their rooms along with random hidden charges. Requested to speak with a manager and was told that management was unavailable. I would recommend that you drive about 15minutes down the road and stay at the Marriott or Hilton for a much better experience! The cobblestone will CHARGE you as if you are staying at a higher end hotel while lacking the obvious amenities and professionalism the Marriott and others offer.

The staff was very difficult to work with wanted to talk with a manager, never got that opportunity. We had a wedding and all of the groom’s family was from out of town. They all stayed at this hotel TVs did not work in multiple rooms, pool was freezing cold couldn’t swim in it. Everyone got charged differently for there stay. Got random extra charges on credit card. Got the run around from staff when ask for itemized bills. The best was when the bride called to talk with the manager ( whom she never got to talk with). At the cobblestone when the manager has off on a weekend the busiest time for a hotel they don’t have another plan we asked for the regional manager wasn’t allowed to talk to that person either ,She was told why are you calling here shouldn’t you be enjoying her honeymoon.. So true !!! The bride was embarrassed by the hotel she had recommended to her husband family and friends My advice to future guests would be stay at a hotel that That strives to keep you as repeating customers And wants your future business.

Worst experience and staff possible. We stayed for a wedding and every room was hidden with extra fees and was overcharged 33% than the agreed amount. Staff didn't help whatsoever. Manager never gave us a call back after we called 3+ times. Every single room in the wedding block had the same issue.

The Cobblestone Inn & suites is a great place to stay in Hartford. Walking distance to the downtown area is perfect. Clean hotel, plenty of parking. Good size rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of choices for breakfast. Didnt have time to use the pool or enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant. Maybe next time. We will be back.

I know that this isn't in your control, but it's a very noisy location, noisy road. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ample. Television wasn't working properly. I'm not sure why a review has to be 200 characters. The elevator worked. The body gel was okay.

This hotel was wonderful - clean and looked updated - good service and best of all, Starbucks coffee (this is seriously a game changer for us as usually hotel coffee is awful)! The service was good, the hotel keys worked the whole time and the room was very clean.
