The staff was very difficult to work with wanted to talk with a manager, never got that opportunity. We had a wedding and all of the groom’s family was from out of town. They all stayed at this hotel TVs did not work in multiple rooms, pool was freezing cold couldn’t swim in it. Everyone got charged differently for there stay. Got random extra charges on credit card. Got the run around from staff when ask for itemized bills. The best was when the bride called to talk with the manager ( whom she never got to talk with). At the cobblestone when the manager has off on a weekend the busiest time for a hotel they don’t have another plan we asked for the regional manager wasn’t allowed to talk to that person either ,She was told why are you calling here shouldn’t you be enjoying her honeymoon.. So true !!! The bride was embarrassed by the hotel she had recommended to her husband family and friends My advice to future guests would be stay at a hotel that That strives to keep you as repeating customers And wants your future business.
