We arrived on Friday afternoon. On Saturday we went away and when we came back we wanted to shower, the water was called. The staff mentined to us it was load shedding but i can recongnise that we are using Gas heater but it was off. Later in the day we went out and when we came back at night the lodge had no electricity, nobody told us anything. We waited for a staff member because the contact number we had was offline. Finally we spoke to the manager and she told us she is struggling to buy electricity because she is on prepaid. My question was simple, you should have let us know and provide some alternative. We could not find one another and she told me that i can leave, i did exactly that, Om Monday, when i check for my refund, she told me that she would not give it because my partner gave a bad review. It was unfortunate that we ended up there without checking reviews because if we checked them we could not have booked there. I was not the first one to leave amother the same circumstances
