We had an amazing well priced lunch. They have good vegetarian options. We will come back for the restaurant only. The place needs a little more polish, but the restaurant serves great food and the service is great. Great location with great view

No1. When we arrived, tired after work, on a Friday night, my pregnant wife and 3 kids (5-7-9 yrs old) were hungry. So we asked to pay for a dinner at around 21.30 pm. They said that the kitchen is closed.. Ok.. We had some oranges and some biscuits with us and we brought them from the car. In 2 minutes the waiter, and the owners mother, came and said that we are not allowed to feed the children with food bought from outside.. No2. The owners' mother had a private concert in the common area at the ground floor. Our children (5-7-9 yrs old) were playing around there. So this woman came directly to the children and started shouting at them. We told her that it is not normal, that we paid in full and that we were not announced that there will be a private event in the house. And that it is not normal for her to shout at our kids, without even talking or mentioning anything to us. I will never ever ever go there again and I don't recommend to anybody this accommodation!

We came to Piatra Craiului National Park to recharge our batteries and admire the splendor of the place. Unfortunately, some tourists understand that a trip to the mountains means listening to loud music on the terrace until late at night. I understand that we cannot change the mentality of some compatriots who want to listen music to the maximum volume. However, these things happen with the agreement/acceptance of the guesthouse administrator. I'm sorry I didn't call the police at midnight to stop the music. But the worst thing to me is that the resort manager doesn't make rules or enforce them. Is it complicated to inform the tourists at the time of booking that they have to keep the house rules? There is îs a display at the entrance that you have the right to select your clientele, very well. Do you only want rude party people? If you let them do what they want, you'll always have them. Romanins are a difficult nation to align with rules and procedures, but it falls to you, dear administrator of the 7 Crai Tourist Complex, to educate the customers, by imposing the regulations. Those who do not comply are free to go somewhere else. You should understand that you are not selling only an accommodation space in a superb location, You offer experiences, emotions, which will turn into memories. Beyond the beauty of the place, the bitter feeling I have after visiting the 7 Cai Tourist Complex is a mix of ignorance, carelessness, contempt. I would appreciate it if you would take steps in the future to respect your guests' right to enjoy some quite time, at least during the night.
