The pillows were acceptable, bed was a tad uncomfortable, room was not handicapped accessible even with a walk-in shower, wallpaper was peeling, had to ask for a coffee pot yet got no coffee pods. In the lobby had to mention to add coffee also for other hotel patrons. Room was not worth the price pd compared to the price pd at previous IHG Holiday Inn stayed at the night before in White House, TN. A 110% difference! Much better!

Conditions
We stayed here because of a power outage at our home. We feel everything was fine but the pool was closed do to an accident in the pool. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. We wanted to use the pool facilities. Other than that it is a nice hotel.

We rented the King Suite. It was HUGE!! The couch was a sleeper sofa. There was a fainting couch in the bedroom. The room had a full-size refrigerator and a smaller one. It also had a keurig, toaster oven, microwave and sink. Super nice!!!

Very nice, great price!
Very quiet! Nice clean pool and hot tub! Excellent location, surrounded by Walmart and quite an array of restaurants!
Also, very quick to remedy a crib situation!!
