They were so busy that we ended up getting our room at 5:20pm. Then I asked for a late check out for the next day since I got my room so late but the hotel rejected my request. Really bad service!

The front desk was very helpful and gave me a free upgrade to a lake view room in the west wing. The room service was also timely and delivered the extra supplies I needed. However, there was no management in the hot spring pool, which needs to be improved. I saw some people wearing slippers into the water, which is very unethical.

The room is very old. I stayed for two nights, but no waiter came to clean. Just like the room opposite, the sign "Please clean" was hung for a day and a night, and it was still hung. I never saw a waiter during my stay, but I finally saw someone pushing a cleaning cart on the day of check-out... The room is completely soundproof and very noisy. The air conditioner and exhaust fan are like tractors.
