衞生堪憂，床單好像沒有換過，枕頭上和床單上都是毛髮。被子也臟臟的。就是自然環境優美。其他連國內的如家都不如就是汽車旅館的感覺！

The facilities are so-so, and the sanitation is poor. There are stains on the bed sheets made by a guest. After asking them to change a set, it is still the same. It feels like it has not been cleaned. The coffee cups have not been cleaned, the tea marks are all there, and there are stains on the toilet seat

The concierge contacted me by phone during check-in hours to confirm my imminent arrival. Welcomed us enthusiastically, and checked us in rapidly. The room (King Suite) was very clean, and had loads of room. There was adequate linen, and the room was quiet. Everything that we used worked. Absolutely no complaints, and other than the lack of a balcony or a view, I would definitely stay again. I witnessed the staff keeping immaculate care of the grounds and rooms, so I was impressed.
