Best room we have stayed in as a family. 1 King, 1 queen, sofa bed, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Fabulous. Everyone had a bed and the room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was ok.

Despite the beds being the best in the hotel world, this hotel is worn and torn, and needs a cosmetic upgrade. Although I understand the pet fee, it is exorbitant given that humans have made the biggest messes at this hotel (food in hallways, scuffs everywhere, bathroom did not look clean at all).

This is not a hotel for solo female business travelers. The hotel is filled with oil/gas field workers and I don’t feel safe. Sadly, there aren’t many hotel options in Minot. Hyatt House and Hampton Inn are as nice as you can get. This hotel is run down. All the furniture in my room is scratched and the TVs aren’t smart TVs. Need a major refresh.

Got upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment with full living room and kitchen and 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast is included. Not far from airport and short drive to downtown. Shopping area nearby with supermarket and other stores. Worth a visit.

Upon my arrival Lacy greeted me so pleasantly. My journey back to Minot has been hectic to say the least. Lacy was able to find a warm room and since has been professional and kind. The pool is now operational. The cleaning staff are improving. Overall great location. Much thanks to the management team for decisive hiring processes in order to aquire the talent of the class of Ms. Lacy. Much thanks ⚡️🌊⚡️

I've been all over the continental US over the past decade. Many, many, MANY motels/hotels. The only one that I look forward to each time I am booked there is the Hyatt House in Minot, ND. Spacious rooms with a separate bedroom, full kitchen, on site laundry facilities, etc., they have what it takes to make a stay enjoyable and make you feel at home while you are away from home.
