Had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the mold spots on the walls and the smell of water damage in the room. When we stayed at the hotel on July 26, 2025 we were shocked by the condition of the room. There were mold spots on several areas of the walls and even the lampshade showed water damage. We will never stay at this hotel again and believe this is a true health concern. When we reported the issue at check out the person working the front desk was not concerned at all. The room we stayed in (Room 227) should never have been used for guests in its current condition. We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and noticed the common areas and hotel rooms had begun to look more run down in the past year and were growing concerned about staying at the hotel. When stayed at the hotel on July 26 we were shocked by the condition of the room.

Do not stay at this place unless you like barking dogs, screaming cats, musty rooms, rooms that don’t lock, vehicle break ins, hot hallways and desk staff that couldn’t care less. Our entire team checked out and went somewhere else because it was so bad. Marriott Bonvoy should be ashamed.

The room was dirty with white powder, leaf pieces and pink residue on the counters. Got a different room but they charged us for the premium room. Night desk clerk entered a false report that they had checked with me, and I had accepted the new room when they hadn't. Morning desk clerk told me the manager would be in at 11am, but later claimed they wouldn't be in at all, and they hadn't told me anything. Was very rude and condescending. Manager called later and said they had refunded the difference, but when I checked it was not the full amount, and they claimed the price had changed due to demand. Manager said that I should be glad they took time out of their day to help me as they didn't have to. Eventually received the full discount after contacting Marriot Corporate. Do not recommend staying here.

Not so pretty comfort
Hotel staff was amazing.
The bed was super comfortable.
Rooms give hosiptal vibes, very small for the price. Just not visually appealing.
Would not recommend for that reason only.

Customer Service
The female hotel employee who checked me into my room displayed a profoundly negative attitude. It was evident that she was disinclined to engage with me and provide any form of customer service. She failed to complete the check-in process and abruptly departed, leaving another employee to complete the task. The original employee subsequently left the premises for the day. This behavior was utterly unacceptable and left a deeply unpleasant impression.
