Nice hotel. We had a 3rd floor room and it was nicely laid out. It was enjoyable for the one night that we were there. We would stay there again if in the area. Be careful when turning onto South Roane Street because it looks like a 2 lane road, but is a 4 lane divided road.

Checkout is at 11:00 but be prepared to leave your room at 8:00 am. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and for two trips in a row, housekeeping starts knocking on the door at 8:00am waking me up. I asked why she was knocking when there is a sign on the door. She said sorry. I went back to sleep and sure enough, she came knocking AGAIN at 9:00. This has happened two trips in a row. If checkout is 8:00 am, they should state that at check-in.

Room and hotel seem relatively new/updated and could be very nice but our room was not properly cleaned. Trash and food were on the carpet, something nasty was on the side of the toilet above the trash can, the shelf with the coffee maker was covered with sugar and coffee grounds. There were stains on the walls that could be cleaned if someone took the time to look. The train tracks across the highway are incredibly busy all hours. Rooms on the back side of the building may be quieter.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was was clean and comfortable. We had a very brief but nice stay. The location is convenient for our needs. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay in this area. The train wasn't a problem.

Clean well appointed room. Everything was in order. Comfortable beds and quality overall. Staff was attentive and did a great job meeting our needs throughout the stay. Will stay again for sure next year for the TN Medieval Faire.

Good (enough) breakfast. Attendant very polite. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Great location away from overpriced Knoxville on game weekends. Highly recommend. Have stayed at competitors on this exit and this one nudges ahead overall.

My family and I stayed here for one night passing through. We had two queens and a couch that folded up into a bed. My daughter loved it. The hotel had an outdoor pool that was still open. It was a little chilly but we took advantage and swam in the morning. The outside area has great scenery but it’s very noisy with the 4 lanes of Highway out front and a very active railroad track. If your a railroad enthusiast, you would love watching all the trains go by. In our short time out there, I saw an NS and WP go by. Breakfast was nice. They had sausage and scrambled eggs. A waffle station with things you could put in your waffles. Cereal and juice station. Plenty to choose from. We would stay here again.

As with most Comfort Inns I've stayed at, the rooms and bed are very comfortable (one thing I hate are pillows that go flat as a pancake as soon as your head hits them). Breakfast was okay at best, biscuits were way over-cooked and the two I had were hard as rocks even with sausage gravy. They offered strawberry pancake batter, but again, there was none there. My little caviat above (the but part) is beware of getting rooms on the top floor in the front. There are spotlights that shine in the building at night and they are BRIGHT!!! Thank goodness they had room darkening shades otherwise we would have never fallen asleep. Oh, and then there's the rumbling of trains going by...not bad but still unexpected.

Front desk staff were fast and friendly; I was checked in in under 3 minutes. It's an older property, so there is a little wear and tear, but it is very CLEAN. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Roomy bathroom, with plenty of nice, big, fluffy towels. My only complaint would be the noise coming from the rail line nearby.
