S ubytováním jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Pokoj byl obrovský a měl nádherný výhled z balkonu. Velmi příjemný byl také wellness s panoramatickou saunou a terasou s lehátky. Snídaně byla bohatá a chutná. Personál byl moc příjemný a pozorný.
Náš syn měl narozeniny a hotel jej přivítal dortíkem a dárečkem, což nás velmi potěšilo. Ráda bych také poděkovala Haně z restaurace a Kamile z recepce – obě se skvěle starají o hosty.
Se vším jsme byli maximálně spokojeni a hotel můžeme vřele doporučit.

Wir waren drei Wochen zum Wandern in Harrachov. Unser Hund war dabei. Wir hatten ein DZ Deluxe mit Balkon im 5. Stock. Frühstück gab es bis 11.00 Uhr, man konnte drinnen oder draußen frühstücken. Sehr lecker, variantenreich. Nach unseren Wanderungen waren wir oft im Wellnessbereich, sehr ansprechend. Abends waren wir manchmal im Hotel essen, die Pizza ist sehr gut. Das sehr junge Team ist engagiert und freundlich. Überraschend war, dass kaum jemand Englisch oder Deutsch sprach, das machte die Verständigung bisweilen schwierig. Zum Abschied kam die Hotelmanagerin, das hat uns gefreut, eine nette Geste.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy atmosphere of the Pytloun. In summer, it's a wonderful combination of hiking and wellness – with our dog. The icing on the cake is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Bàra, Maren, Ramovir, Erika, and Kamila have become particularly dear to us. David and Ivan's team conjures up regional and Italian delicacies (some of which are organic) – half-board is highly recommended. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired (waffles, crepes, etc.)

Amazing hotel staff, they know their stuff very well and are very helpful. Clean and cosy rooms, welness centre is great and food is very tastefull. We are very happy with our stay and definitely we'll come back. :) As a frequent traveller I have to give a big thumb up
