Amazing hotel staff, they know their stuff very well and are very helpful. Clean and cosy rooms, welness centre is great and food is very tastefull. We are very happy with our stay and definitely we'll come back. :) As a frequent traveller I have to give a big thumb up 👍😊

Sehr schönes Hotel, super nettes Personal. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis völlig ok. Sehr gute Pizza direkt im Hotel, mir wurde mein Lieblingscocktail gemixt obwohl er nicht auf der Karte stand. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben dieses Hotel über Silvester , mit Frühstück und Silvesteressen gebucht. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sprechen wir eine klare Weiterempfehlung aus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Was hat uns gefallen: Das Hotel hat echt Charme! Man merkt an vielen Stellen den Blick fürs Detail. Das sorgt für !!!sehr !!! gemütliche Atmosphäre! Wir hatten ein renoviertes großes, modern und gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick auf die Skipiste. ( Leute die Mängel suchen, werden hier definitiv auch fündig, wir können über Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen und haben es genossen). Betten hervorragend! Mit verschiedenen Kopfkissen! Echt klasse!👍 Sanitär ordentlich und sauber! Bad mit Badewanne. Hundefreundlich! Extra Danke dafür. Personal bemüht und freundlich!!! Wasserkocher, Minibar, Bügeleisen, Regenschirm, Schuhanzieher, Bademantel, Hausschuhe vorhanden - 👍 sehr gut. Netter Wellnessbereich - Sauna mit herrlichem Ausblick! Frühstück sehr umfangreich! Wir waren voll begeistert! Vom Würstchen mit Rührei, über frischen Teig zur Waffelzubereitung bis hin zu Obst, Gemüse Müsli sowie Kaffee und Teespezialitäten. Das Silvestermenü war extrem lecker und reichhaltig. Die Veranstaltung liebevoll ausgestattet und mit Live-Musik begleitet. Echt sehr gelungen! Zu Fuss ist man in 20 min im Stadtzentrum. Wanderwege zahlreich und Skipistenzugang direkt vor der Tür. Was hat uns nicht gefallen? Parkplatznot- echt gruselig. Organisatorische Probleme. Massage gebucht, im Bademantel gewartet- keiner kam, keiner sagt ab und dann stehts auch noch auf der Rechnung. Im Wellnessbereich Getränke geordert, die nach einer Stunde immer noch nicht serviert wurden. Der öffentliche Wellnessbereich entwickelt sich schnell zum Kinderspielplatz. Im Ruhebereich fangen Gäste an, Videoanrufe zu starten, Saunaregeln werden missachtet… Wasserspender? Bei voll belegtem Hotel Platzproblem bzgl. Anzahl der Tische zum Essen. Fremde Gäste ordern Getränke und Speisen auf unsere Rechnung !!!! Rechnungsprobleme wurden problemlos und kulant gelöst. Danke Nobody is perfekt;) Alles in allem wie gesagt definitiv einen Besuch wert! Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Schimmel im Zimmer Personal sehr unfreundlich Spa Bereich sehr klein und kalt Essen ungenießbar, meine Tochter musste ins Krankenhaus Haare auf den Handtüchern und im Bett Alles in allem keine Empfehlung wert. Musste nach 2 von 5 Tagen abreisen vor Ekel. Werde nie wieder kommen

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience in Pytloun memorable and best ever. They were attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter Peter and Patrik were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. We felt well taken care of. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived promptly - the MUST mention thing is the Pizza… it was the best one I had in years - this is biggest compliment I given to chef for food! HE IS THE LEGEND IN LEAGUE OF HIS OWN (forget the Michelin guide - he deserves a Nobel Price!!!) you are all credit to company as well as incredible Tomáš who trully impressed me the most - if I still had hotels I would head hunt him and do anything to steal him (he is not one in million but One and Only as well as my favourite hotel group) also Dorin was very helpful! the boys made me feel like queen that I am the only customer that matter in the whole world even when super busy. We are loving our stay so so so much. Huge thank you All team Pytloun! Must have something to do with Management - good manager manages and leads people to grove and succeed, bad manager leads them to run out of the door. This place is simply fabulous and the decor is insanely classy and stunning. Thank you all and can’t wait to see you soon again. You should be proud of yourself you are Star quality people and fabulously representing such great hours Pytloun, trully dedicated people and credit to a company.
