The facility is quite small, even for 2 adults. There were ants on the counters. The provided breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Nicely decorated.

These folks are very good communicators and the location is great. The property itself is rather run down and the front steps are certainly not up to code. Very tight inside. Okay for younger travelers but not for older folks.

Lily Garden Bed & Breakfast was lovely! Breakfast was delicious, decor was amazing, and the property was safe, quiet, and clean. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Harpers Ferry. Only about 10 minutes walk from the main part of the historic district. The host was absolutely wonderful, communicative, and friendly.

This was our 2nd time staying, and the area is excellent, the rooms are perfect for a small group of people who enjoy antique style and cottage esque houses. Not to mention the service is always awesome. it snowed about 6 inches and the owner came out and shoveled during and after the storm as well as kept up with salting. Over all great time

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Lily Garden. The room was comfortable and charming, the location perfect for visiting all the sites and restaurants in the area, and we appreciated the privacy to rest up. The provided breakfast was excellent! We definitely will visit here again!

I enjoyed the rustic experience of being in a barn. The barn had lots of wooden paneling. The little pond and chairs outside were nice to sit and read. Most importantly, the location was close to hiking trails and restaurant. The owner was very quick to respond to texts and offer recommendations.

Lily Garden’s upper apartment is truly lovely and welcoming, and the setting is gorgeous. (Loved hearing the occasional frog in the lily pond!) The breakfast provided is generous and it’s nice to be able to eat whenever you choose. It’s clean and comfortable, although I will say that if you have someone in the loft they will need to be nimble; coming down that straight ladder isn’t for the slightly creaky among us. The bed up there is large, though, as is the one in the downstairs main bedroom. Storer college campus is right down the road (nice walk to the historic site of civil rights) and it’s an easy, but a bit farther, downhill walk to the lower town and all of its attractions as well as to the train station. Harper’s Ferry is lovely, and Lily Garden has the perfect atmosphere for immersing in the town.

Great little spot! The bed and breakfast is a great walking distance from the national park and the town. Note it is a significant hill but it was manageable for us. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were well done. We stayed in the Carriage suite which has a second bed up on a loft. Breakfast is provided so you can explore on your own schedule and we appreciated the AC since it was 90 degrees outside when we stayed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit!
