Es una pena que único hotel de Haro con piscina su ubicación sea en un polígono industrial donde no hay accesos para ir al pueblo sin utilizar el coche. Es tranquilo, necesita renovación en el restaurante ya que no ofrece platos calientes. La cafetería se quedo sin provisiones y el buffet, en mi opinión, par el precio muy muy escaso. Los empleados super agradables y profesionales

Cuando llegas, la decoración te avisa de que es un hotel antiguo. Sin embargo, la habitación era amplia, la limpieza correcta,la zona de la piscina tb bien y el personal super amable. Para volver. Suerte en vuestra nueva andadura!

The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. We arrived very late and were treated very well at reception despite the late hour. I don't understand the negative reviews. It was perfect for us, and we would stay there again. The only thing we didn't have breakfast there was because of the comments we'd seen from other guests. It was a very quiet area.

Este Hotel fué regentado por Eduardo Losada Santamaría desde el año 1999 hasta el 2014, como pueden observar el buen hacer se refleja en los comentarios hasta esa fecha, después de que se marchara del hotel,en 2014, los comentarios demuestran la ineficacia y poca o nada capacidad de gestión de los sucesores, que son el hermano de éste, Rafael Losada y su mujer e hijos, que no solo han conseguido cerrar el Hotel que un día fue referente en la comarca, si no que casi se convierte en un problema de salud publica, a juzgar por los comentarios escritos por sus huéspedes en esta ultima época.

Habitaciones con muchas deficiencias, menú insano y lo más barato posible. El desayuno pobre y sin variedad ni fruta. La comida abusando de congelados y fritos.Cutre en grado sumo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Necesita una renovación total.

En plan rancho: señor@s no hay fruta, embutido... si lo quieren comprenlo ustedes, es menú cerrado, no hay opción, si ustedes tienen dieta tenían que haber avisado con tiempo. No te dan opción a nada, no hay calefacción y a todo lo que le pides....es lo que hay, no hay más opcion

Se trata de un Hotel especialmente preparado para celebraciones que está situado a las afueras de la ciudad. Tiene una gran falta limpieza y de renovación de sus instalaciones. Y, sobre todo, el trato de sus gerentes o propietarios es sumamente desagradable

Estoy ahora mismo con un viaje del IMSERSO y este hotel con relación a las comidas cenas y demás es lamentable nose cómo pueden darnos esas comidas sin que nosotros digamos nada en 6 días que estaremos aquí vamos a perder varios kg para mí podía estar cerrado es penoso
