We booked last minute a night in Haro. This hotel is just perfect, lovely outdoor shaded terrace, lovely staff, the rooms are very specious and spotlessly clean, with good products - razor, toothbrush & paste, eye mask, shower caps etc The breakfast was ideal. The only issue we had were there were open bowls of nuts, one of our children has a severe nut allergy... The location is incredible. We did a pintxos/wine crawl around the town... Excellent night in Haro

Hotel muy comodo y limpio, buena atención, la habitación estaba muy bien y buena calefacción, baño grande eche de menos algún amenities. Cama comodo. Desayuno bueno. Se puede aparcar , pero es zona azul, nosotros nos remomendaron un parking.

Pésima relación calidad/precio. Muy decepcionados con el hotel, habitación y sobre todo, precio. No lo recomendaría. Habitaciones sin calefacción a no ser que lo pidas en recepción. Mucho ruido, muy mal insonorizado. Lo mejor, el desayuno.

Loved this place. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, very nice room. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a perfect rating is the noise I heard from my neighbors. I could only hear my neighbors on one side of me, which leads me to believe that not all rooms would have this problem. I was there for two nights. The first night I could hear from my bed the Brazilian couple next door who were loudly speaking until 12:30 a.m. (I lived in Brazil so I could recognise the accent). The next night it was an American couple, sounded like they were from the south. They got back to their room at around 11:30 p.m. and began talking loudly and walking around. This lasted about an hour. Again, I could hear entire sentences from my bed. It would help if the management could remind people to try and be quiet after 11 p.m. I can’t imagine that people want others hearing their conversations.

Buen trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel, por poner una pequeña pega que las persona con movilidad reducida tenemos que llamar por teléfono para que te abran si llegas a horas posteriores a las 23:00 no co,o el resto pueden entrar a cualquier hora con su tarjeta de habitación.

Decepcionante,llamamos para reservar dos días antes para el 31-10-2021,cuando llegamos toda la familia con un niño,al restaurante,nos dice ven que no teníamos reserva,a alguien se le había olvidado apuntarlo,pero ponen en duda nuestra reserva todo el rato,hasta que enseñamos el móvil y le confirmamos nuestras llamadas,vale reconozco que podemos tener un fallo,pero no disculparse y ofrecernos una mesa en el lado de la barra,como un favor,para mi,muy mala gestión por parte de los del restaurante,pero desde luego no volveré.
