Overall this is a great hotel with budget price. Complimentary breakfast is average as we get same items like other hotels. Staff is good and helpful. Would recommend this if you have a budget below $100.

The first night at this hotel, they didn't have the TV plugged in. Hotel staff didn't clean rooms and we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They "forgot" to hand us clean towels at front desk. A family member went to the front desk because they "forgot" to change our bed sheets and provide clean towels. We put them on the floor because we thought they would change them and provide us with clean towels; however, the same towels have been on the floor since the night before. When my family member asked the front desk for new clean towels and informed them they didn't clean the room for the past two days, the front desk receptionist threw the towels on the front desk and said, "here you go." One of the towels was dirty. My family memeber said, "hey, one of your towels are dirty." The receptionist said, "is this enough and threw the table back on the front desk?" Never before have we encountered a staff that was rude and lazy at the same time. The staff refused to learn proper ediquette and manners. During breakfast time, one of the receptionists was blasting their phone louder than the TV at the breakfast area. No apologies were provided by the receptionist. Clearly, they lack manners as a person. I'd rather spend more money on a nicer hotel further away then come back to this place.

The employees were pleasant, kind, and helpful. The physical facility, however, is in dire need of repair. The locks on the doors (in my original room) were non-operational. The lights (in my second room) flickered when the outside door was closed. I also found that the hall light became brighter when the door was closed. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken off the wall (there was a retractable clothesline in the bathtub) and the wall above the bathtub was in need of attention. The refrigerator is missing a leveling leg, too. BUT, it was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Nope The pictures attached to this review do not do justice to the horror. Please, for the love of everything that is good and right, steer clear! Actually...this page isnt allowing me to attach any photos... Toilets don't work, paint falling off ceiling, holes everywhere, mold everywhere(including fridges, and freezers). With missing smoke detectors, there is no way this place can legally be open, and I can guarantee they would not pass an inspection.

Left a lot to be desired Check-in was rough. We arrived around 9:30pm. Attendant was wearing ear pods and didn’t hear us arrive. Sign on main entrance stated NO VACANCY. We were given keys to our room which had not been cleaned from the previous guests (beds unmade, trash on floors, portable bed still in room, dirty towels on the floor. When we went back to front desk were originally told there were no other rooms, we would have to leave and try find a room elsewhere. When we asked for arrival to be canceled in system and for a document stating we had never stayed the attendant said she didn’t know how to use the computer and had to call a manager. There was no manager on duty, so she called the manager using Facebook Messenger. The manager must have pulled up check-ins because we were then told there was a room for us. We were given a key and told to check the room to see if it had been cleaned. It was and we agreed to stay since we had already paid for the room. The room was in need of a lot of repairs and a good deep cleaning, and the door would not latch properly. We were unable to lock the door from the inside. The free breakfast was actually quite good the next morning. Hotel needs A LOT of maintenance and deep cleaning!
