Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill)

Brilliant hotel, if you want to just relax & chill, head in to London (train station in walking distance) or get to Stansted (20 min drive). Very friendly staff, plenty of parking and lovely pub/restaurant. Although not central in Harlow, easy to get there if needed.

Lovely hotel and the receptionist Karen could not of been more helpful even helping with our bags and so welcoming nothing was too much trouble will which after a long drive was really nice to find. The area was very nice and the hotel nice and clean

I was greeted on arrival by a lady called Karen at reception who made me feel comfortable she was very helpful and friendly I would recommend staying at this hotel.i had a good nights sleep it was lovely and silent all night, also breakfast was nice

I am not one for leaving reviews normally, but felt that I had to say that my stay here was exceptional. I was greeted by Karen on reception who greeted me with a fabulous smile , she was very approachable and answered all my ridiculous queries with patience and addressed all my concerns as it was my first time staying in this particular area and Hotel. Would recommend.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel all the staff go above and beyond for you all very polite and so accommodating to the guests it’s run very professionally , the rooms are immaculate and clean and very comfortable, anything you need you only have to ask , it’s like being part of a family, I was very impressed and will definitely be staying again , my son also enjoyed it there and they made quite the impression on him and him them , they found out my son who’s 8 had open heart surgery at the beginning of this month , and even brought him a card and a present for him , amazing staff they have there so thoughtful, I was very touched by such a kind thing they did.

whilst the staff in the inn were excellent the same cannot be said for the adjoining restaurant staff slow inexperienced and argumentative when told folk who ordered after us had finished and were departing indeed two of them were sat next to us. if you are disabled stay at another hotel the room we had was not big enough to turn the rollator or due to the small gap reach the other side of the room. the alarm box hanging off the wall did not bode well for it actually working as did the lack of alarm cord

I booked a family room for me and my son as we’ve been here a few times before for the NFL games at Tottenham. Upon entering the room only the double bed had been made up. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist and she said she would sort it out. We went out and on our return to the room the single bed had a dirty stained mattress protector on it no sheet. And a duvet that had words scribbled on it in biro with no duvet cover. I returned to reception and she said it was all she could find. I said it wasn’t acceptable and she said she would have another look. She returned to the room with another stained protector and I again said it was no good. She said she was on her own and didn’t know where things were. She came back shortly after with a clean double sheet and a clean duvet with no cover. I said these would be ok. I’ve never encountered this at this hotel and was very disappointed. We are back next week for the second game I hope things improve.

I tell you as a experienced traveler this hotel Is the best premier inn I’ve ever stayed yes alone visiting family But every single member of staff on that front desk had the time to speak and listen one especially this comes from my heart x from tears turning to smiles there like little hidden gems you can’t find in this world now I can’t name everyone but all that I’ve contacted with especially nightshift you know who you are your a diamond xx

We’ve stayed twice in this Premier Inn as it’s been convenient & well priced. It’s clean, comfortable & the staff have always been friendly, helpful & professional. We’ve eaten at the Beefeater next door, where breakfast is served and again the staff have been friendly & helpful & the breakfast has been good. Would highly recommend if needing a hotel in this area.
