I prefer to stay at normal room, not accessible/assistance room. I prefer the toilet bowl with toilet lid in the room. I understood the set up for disability customer. I would like to stay in other room, not using the room that is for people in need. I didn’t request to change it because I only stay for a night.
Check in and check out service is good, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and polite. When you step in the hotel, feel like home.

Toilet didnt flush properly and sink was blocked, the worst is the rude manager Mohin who doesn't let you speak if you have a concern, and jumps to the defence. Also they overcharged my card and instead of refunding I was told to go to the police!
The only good thing is the location and the rooms were clean, breakfast was ok too.

The hotel near the shopping centre even the shopping centre is not that much shop… but 1 night is acceptable as you can get what you want …
