Convenient, near the airport

The room environment is very bad. There is a stuffy smell when you first enter the room. There are bed bugs (which suck blood) on the bed, causing you to be bitten like a mosquito. There are red spots all over your body. The sheets and quilt covers are also very dirty. There is no hot water in the bathroom, so you can't take a shower. In the summer night, the heating will suddenly turn on, which is very stuffy. The kettle is full of scale, and the drinking cups are not cleaned. Although it is close to the airport, there is no soundproofing. It is very noisy at night and I can't sleep at all. When I checked out on the last day, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I came to pick it up at night, they asked me to pay 10 pounds, otherwise they would not let me take my luggage away.

I had mysteriously forgotten something, there was a nail sticking out nearly 2 cm from the floor of the room, there were many outlets but they wouldn't stick, and the power wasn't coming even though it was supposed to be on, so I ended up only being able to use one. The water area is unclean. Even when the check-in time arrived, I was unable to check in without any notification.
